February marks a turning point we don’t get very often. And yes, this is a humanity level moment, not just a personal glow up. It’s one of those rare times where the direction of things actually changes, and while you won’t feel it all at once, if you’re even half awake you’ll sense the shift right under your feet.
Neptune the planet of sleep, spirituality and all things arty is now officially in Aries, after decades of emotional processing, spiritual fog, and learning things the long way round in his watery realm of Pisces. On the 14th Saturn joins him. Now you want to stop wondering about how you feel about it and start acting like you know.
The month opens with a full moon in Leo, putting confidence and self expression under a spotlight. You may feel more aware of how you’re seen, or where you’ve been performing instead of simply being yourself. With a lot of Aquarius energy in the background, there’s tension between personal truth and collective expectation. When pleasure replaces performance, energy returns almost immediately.
Then Uranus turns direct in Taurus and stops being theoretical about money, work and stability. The long shake up becomes blindingly obvious and you can see what’s solid, what’s outdated, and what you’ve been humouring for far too long.
Eclipse season joins the mix and does what eclipses do best. Shakes things up! It edits. Identities loosen. Goals quietly lose relevance. You don’t have to force a reinvention or make a big announcement. February removes what you’re done with so you don’t have to keep carrying it.
By the end of the month, Venus and Mercury soften things again as they move through Pisces, before Mercury begins his first retrograde of the year urging you to take one last look back to the past. Reflection returns, but it’s informed now. You’re not dissolving into feelings for the sake of it. You’re choosing with intention what gets to come with you into what’s next.
