This meditation was chosen for the Pisces new moon on 19th March 2026 to help connect with the future version of yourself and align with the law of attraction.

 

Meditation - Release physical tension

Crystal – Rainbow moonstone

Picture yourself six months from now, calm and happy. Notice how she moves and what feels easier in her life. Pay attention to what no longer weighs on her. Feel the lightness, the emotions, the sense of peace. Spend a moment simply being with that version of you, as if you’ve already stepped into her day. When you have finished, write a diary entry six months from today. Describe your day as if you are already living this life. Write in the present tense. What are you grateful for? Write as though this life is already yours.
